Peccole Ranch is located in a private residential area on the west side of town.

Peccole used to be a *very* tight course. Many of the trees have been removed from the course. Don't get disappointed though. Previously it was almost unplayable for some, now there are distinct fairways as there were when Peccole was first installed.

Recently (June 2009) holes 15-18 fairways changed dramatically, almost all the turf was removed and replaced with desert landscaping - very interesting back now :)

I've left the old description below for historical reasons.

OLD COURSE DESCRIPTION

Peccole is a *very* tight/technical course. If you don't have good control, you risk residential OB's. (I'm not trying to detour people from playing, I just want you to know what you are getting into...) Peccole is a very nice/tough/fun/frustrating course. ;)

As always respect other park users, pick up your trash, and mind your manners. :) *Please* if you go OB in someone's yard, walk around to the front and knock. DO NOT climb walls or enter yards without permission. Be Courteous! Please.

NEWS:
2009-07 - hole 13 had been pulled because of some irresponsible disc golfers; this is what I've been told: "...hole #13 has now been pulled. We are meeting to see if we can add another hole. The problem was people climbing on cars to get their discs off of the roof... See what a few irresponsible people can do to the rest of the disc golf playing community." - third hand from Dewey via John
